River City Bank is required by the FDIC to ensure all EROs working with our bank are familiar with our policies and procedures. The bank provides an annual User's Conference which you can attend to learn these policies. An administrative guide and tutorial videos are also provided on a disk sent to your office at the start of tax season which you and all tax preparers in your office who work with the bank products can review.
To ensure that these educational materials are being used and to help further educate you, this test will ask a number of questions related to information available from these sources and from the IRS handbook for EROs. If you give an incorrect answer to a question, an explanation of the correct answer will then be given. Each preparer in your office who completes bank applications with customers and interacts with the bank via phone or computer should familiarize themselves with our policies.
