Hostedware is pleased to provide toll free sales and project
support, and email customer service and technical assistance,
to all our Hosted Test customers and evaluators. Please

We will generally respond the same day; always by the next
business day.
Answers or solutions that are not immediately available
will be routed to advanced technical staff for research, diagnosis
and resolution, and you will be contacted promptly with the
results. Please see our Service
Level Agreement for more information.
Technical support calls are not intended to replace thorough
and more advanced training in the use of the software applications.
Training sessions should be planned and purchased separately,
as outlined below.
Hosted Test Training Options
- 30 minute telephone training session: $60, for 1 participant
- 1 hour telephone training session: $100, for up to 2 participants
- 2 hour telephone training session: $195, for up to 3 participants
- One day on-site training class: $1,200 plus expenses,
for up to 8 students
- Custom: please call us with your exact needs
