KI is a manufacturer of contract office furniture. We have nearly 200 sales representatives representing KI across the United States. In our department, we are charged with the responsibility to bring the knowledge, skills and abilities to these reps so they are able to hit the ground running. We have developed training materials that provide them with the knowledge.

Hosted Test has provided us with the tools that allow us to test their skills and abilities. This is our first testing project using an on-line format. By utilizing Hosted Test services, we have saved time and money. Our return on investment has been significant as we are able to accurately monitor test results vs. IT time spent to develop the tracking we did before moving to on-line testing.

The support and response we have received from Hostedware has been great. Hostedware developed a custom matching question type for KI, which, along with other enhancements to the testing system over the past few years has expanded our ability to use online testing as an important component of our training programs.

We are convinced we were able to get our testing program up and running much more quickly using Hosted Test than we would have had we been left to develop a testing system of our own.
